Project Philosophy
ZoZo Engineering/Manufacturing provides clients a diverse set of technical skills, abilities and experience. Our success as a company is dependent largely by our ability to successfully manage projects. As a result we follow the following philosophy that has proved successful:
- We assign key personnel who have the skills required for the project.
- We establish clear lines of communication between the project team and the client. These communications include meetings, project progress reports and budgetary updates.
- We tailor our project team to your project requirements.
- We anticipate problems and solutions. In the beginning of a project the requirements are generated along with associated risks. These risks are identified and solutions or mitigations for each risks are assigned. Throughout the project we discuss the initial risks as well as those rare (but not unheard of) problems that occur during the life cycle of a project.
